Consultations

MONTHLY COACHING PLAN

COACHING PLAN - $185 / month

Training Plans and Platform: Backed by science your training plan is developed to meet your goals and delivered twice a month. Each workout includes a detailed explanation of purpose and expected benefit. All plans delivered via TrainingPeaks to your coach paid Premium Account


Feedback: Regular feedback is instrumental to your development as a runner. For key workouts, you will receive feedback within 24 hours. For all other workouts, you will receive feedback within 72 hours


Other communication: The strength of the relationship is in the communication. Each runner has unlimited email access to your coach. In addition, you will also have a scheduled 1:1 call with your coach. 


Race Day Strategy: For your "A" Race, athlete and coach will partner to develop a race day plan and strategy.


Commitment: Minimum three month commitment. 


One time start-up fee of  $75 to establish and onboard your account


Onboarding: Comprehensive review of training and racing for prior 6 - 12 months.  Set goals and objectives for training cycle.

Marathon Plan Includes

  

  1. Detailed intake including current training, recent race results, assessment for opportunity for improvement, prior performance at this race
  2. Review of plan and one revision at delivery, if needed
  3. Detailed course analysis (where publicly available)
  4. Individualized running plans tailored to your schedule
  5. Race planning and strategizing
  6. 12 - 16- 18- and 20- week plans available
  7. All plans include an additional 2 week post marathon recovery plan
  8. Plans start at $250 for a 12 week plan
  9. Intake must be completed a minimum of two weeks prior to plan start date to ensure timely delivery
